Canon Business Services Centre Philippines is seeking a Relocations Coordinator to manage machine moves and installations across sites. You will coordinate carrier movement, book schedules, and arrange technicians, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate data updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any course is required.
• At least 2 years in a Technical Support Coordinator or similar role.
• High accuracy, attention to detail and customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Pro-active, professional attitude with strong time management.
• Solid telephony and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with carriers to obtain cost-effective transport quotes.
• Coordinate machine relocation bookings with customers and logistics partners.
• Arrange technicians for relocation and installation services.
• Ensure proper machine installation at new location and network setup if needed.
• Update customer data in CDSS/AX and notify relevant Canon departments.
• Process relocation billing via Canon systems.
• Manage relocation mailbox and phone queues with urgency.
• Contribute to relocation projects and process improvements.
