Job summary

Crown Worldwide Group is seeking a Move Manager I in the Philippines to deliver end-to-end mobility and moving services for corporate clients. You will coordinate with global offices, manage files, and ensure real-time progress while maintaining data privacy.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, invoicing accuracy, and collaboration with stakeholders. Growth opportunities exist within a dynamic, international relocation team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years in global mobility, relocation, or related customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain employee files and databases; manage client files across parties.
• Update Crown systems with service process information for real-time progress.
• Handle invoicing, drafting of costs, PIRs, and compare invoices.
• Coordinate services with Crown offices and vendors; manage global mobility and household goods services.
• Meet with assignees and collect documents; ensure data privacy compliance.
• Attend client meetings and be based at client site when required.
• Drive process improvements and ensure KPI/SLA adherence.
• Respond to exceptions and escalations with Account Manager.
