Job summary

MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is a leading outsourcing company in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines. We are seeking a Vehicle Inventory & Sales Support Specialist to handle instocking, data entry, KPI monitoring, and deal preparation using PMDS and CRM systems.

Responsibilities include updating pricing and comments in third party portals, reviewing health KPIs, and ensuring accurate vehicle information across systems. Strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vehicle inventory or automotive sales support.
• Experience using automotive management systems, OEM systems, or CRM tools.
• Familiarity with invoicing and general ledger processing.
• Understanding of vehicle inventory, invoicing, and dealership processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Instocking: manage the instocking of new vehicles across motor groups and access OEM systems to download invoices.
• Upload into Third Party Stock Aggregator Portals: update vehicle details, pricing, and codes.
• Review stock health KPIs: monitor Autogate, Dealer Solutions, and Digital Dealer reports to maximise display pages.
• Preliminary deal processing preparation: create Excel workbooks and extract data from PMDS and Web CRM.

Vehicle Inventory & Sales Support Specialist

Job Description

Instocking:

• Responsible for the instocking of new vehicles across the motor groups.
• Access OEM systems to download vehicle invoices.
• Allocate stock numbers.
• Perform data entry of vehicle information into company’s Motors Management System (PMDS).
• Process invoices into the General Ledger.

Uploading into Third Party Stock Aggregator Portals:

• Update Vehicle Comments.
• Update Redbook Codes.
• Update Pricing.
• Update other vehicle details.
  

Reviewing Stock Health KPIs:

• Monitor and review Autogate Reports.
• Monitor and review Dealer Solutions Reports.
• Monitor and review Digital Dealer Reports.
• Update vehicle details to maximise Vehicle Display page presentation and Health KPIs.

Preliminary Deal Processing Preparation:

• Create Deal Processing Excel Workbooks as vehicles are sold.
• Extract Data from the company’s Internal Systems (PMDS & Web CRM).
• Extract Data from Third Party Trade Evaluation systems.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in vehicle inventory or automotive sales support.
• Experience using automotive management systems, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) systems, or customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Familiarity with invoicing and general ledger processing.
• Understanding of vehicle inventory, invoicing, and dealership processes.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to review reports, monitor KPIs, and maintain accurate vehicle information.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks accurately.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
