Job summary

Horizon Auto Services Inc., BYD Cars Philippines distributor, is seeking a Sales Financing Officer to coordinate customer vehicle financing from submission to release, working closely with Sales Consultants, banks, and financing partners.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up and coordination skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Six-day workweek applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, accounting, or related field.
• Experience in bank financing, auto financing, loan processing, or customer service is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating with banks or financing institutions is an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in handling documents.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Customer-focused and able to work with customers, Sales Consultants, banks, and financing partners.
• Willing to work on a six-day workweek.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer vehicle financing applications with banks and financing partners.
• Assist customers in completing and submitting required financing documents.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with bank requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales Consultants and financing partners regarding application status, additional requirements, approvals, and release.
• Monitor financing applications and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely processing.
• Communicate financing requirements, updates, and next steps clearly to customers and concerned teams.
• Coordinate with banks and financing partners to address documentation concerns and other application issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of financing applications and supporting documents.
• Monitor pending applications and ensure outstanding requirements are properly followed up.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to help ensure smooth processing from vehicle purchase to financing approval and release.
• Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of customer information and documents.
• Prepare financing-related reports and updates as required.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
