Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation is seeking a motivated Loan Consultant in Metro Manila to drive sales targets and build strong relationships with dealers and clients. You will review loan applications, coordinate with partners, and assist in training new consultants.

The role requires field visits, timely reporting, and excellent customer service. Training in Ortigas, Pasig is provided, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder or college undergraduate.
• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in vehicle sales or financing is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure while hitting targets.
• Willing to undergo a 2-week training in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, financing partners, and clients.
• Review loan applications and verify required documents before submission for credit investigation.
• Monitor loan applications and follow up on pending requirements to ensure timely processing.
• Assist in recruiting, training, onboarding, and supporting Loan Consultants.
• Ensure marketing and promotional materials are properly displayed and distributed at the branch.
• Conduct field visits to generate leads, strengthen partner relationships, and expand market reach.
• Assist clients throughout the loan application process and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and other required documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth loan processing and approval.
