Zhilian Li Xiang New Energy Auto Service (Philippines) LTD Corp. is seeking a dynamic role that acts as a bridge between the sales team, partner banks, and in-house financing units within an automotive dealership setting.

You will manage bank partnerships, coordinate mall displays and events, gather and analyze sales data, and provide administrative support across financing operations and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive administration, marketing operations, or bank auto-loan departments.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data gathering.
• Proficient in CRM software.
• Strong negotiation and event coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to multitask under tight event deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner banks, financial institutions, and in-house financing units.
• Facilitate, track, and expedite car loan applications and approvals between the sales team and bank underwriters.
• Coordinate with banks to launch joint auto loan promos, low-downpayment schemes, and exclusive interest rate packages.
• Monitor, record, and reconcile bank commissions and ensure timely payouts.
• Coordinate with mall managements to secure high-foot-traffic display areas, negotiate ingress/egress schedules, and handle permits.
• Oversee the movement of display vehicles, styling materials, signage, and marketing collateral to and from venues.
• Roster sales consultants, product geniuses, and promo models to man the mall displays.
• Ensure all mall guidelines, insurance requirements, and safety protocols are strictly followed during events.
• Collect, clean, and organize customer leads generated from mall displays, walk-ins, and digital bank campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management detailing event ROI, lead counts, and bank approval turnaround times.
