Job summary

Horizon Auto Services Inc. is seeking a Sales Financing Officer to manage customer financing applications with banks and partners. You will assist customers with required documents, review for completeness, and coordinate with sales teams on status and approvals.

Maintain records, communicate updates, handle confidential data, and prepare management reports. Eligible candidates excel in organization and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in bank financing, auto financing, sales administration, documentation, or customer service is an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in handling documents.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple applications, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-focused and able to work well with Sales teams, customers, and banking partners.
• Willing to work on a six (6)-day workweek.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer financing applications with banks and financing partners.
• Assist customers in completing and submitting required financing documents.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with bank requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales Consultants and banks regarding application status, additional requirements, approvals, and releases.
• Monitor financing applications and follow up regularly to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain organized and updated records of financing applications and supporting documents.
• Communicate financing updates and requirements clearly to customers and concerned teams.
• Address documentation concerns and coordinate with banks for proper resolution.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of customer information and documents.
• Prepare reports and perform other duties as assigned by Management.
