Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Operations Specialist in Business Development to support enrollment, billing validation, reporting, and claims monitoring, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and assisting in product rollouts and process documentation.

You will coordinate with Finance and service providers, analyze reports to spot gaps, and contribute to efficiency projects. The role offers growth across international offices and a supportive, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in insurance, product, or business development.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong analytical ability to identify gaps and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support product rollout, pilot prep, sales management, and back-office activities.
• Create and validate operational reports for VAS products and services.
• Keep product docs and process maps current across departments.
• Manage customer enrollment processes with service providers via reporting.
• Monitor and follow up on claims performance with providers.
• Validate billing statements, invoices, and payments.
• Coordinate with Finance and providers for timely settlements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fix gaps and improve workflows.
• Document and standardize SOPs for VAS activities.
• Support small projects to boost operational efficiency.
