Home Credit Philippines is seeking an HR Operations support specialist to deliver day-to-day administration, resolve employee queries, and ensure data accuracy across HR systems for a superior employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources positions is preferred or 1-2 years HR related experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day administration services
• Respond to HR-related concerns with intermediate knowledge
• Coordinate with third-party administrators, vendors, business units and HR teams
• Prepare accurate and timely issuance of HR-related processes and government mandated reports
• Perform other duties as assigned
