Home Credit Philippines is seeking an operations-focused professional to support enrollment, billing validation, reporting, and claims monitoring, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to product rollouts and process documentation.

You will coordinate with Finance and service providers, maintain up-to-date process maps, validate transactions, and drive small-scale projects to improve efficiency and service delivery across departments.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience in insurance, product or business development.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong analytical skills to identify gaps and opportunities.

Mansioni

• Assist in product rollout, pilot preparation, sales management and back-office activities.
• Create, maintain, and validate operational reports related to VAS products and services.
• Ensure all product documentation and process maps are current and properly aligned across departments.
• Manage customer enrollment processes with service providers through reporting and documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on claims performance to ensure timely release and processing by service providers.
• Validate billing statements, invoices, and other payment-related transactions.
• Coordinate with Finance and service providers to ensure accurate and timely settlements.
• Cooperate with internal teams to resolve process gaps and improve operational workflows.
• Document and standardize operational procedures for VAS-related activities.
• Support small-scale projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency or service delivery.
