Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is recruiting for a customer service and order processing role in the Philippines. You will ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and cash compliance while supporting sales and delivering excellent customer service.

The role involves processing orders, maximizing upselling opportunities, handling MCP transactions, and encoding new recruit data. You will engage dealers and customers via RPO/H2H calls and contribute to 5S and planogram standards,

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate with a college degree.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, relationship management or similar environment.
• Interpersonal & Team Skills: strong communication, rapport-building, adaptability, and ability to work independently or collaboratively under pressure.
• Organizational & Technical Skills: excellent time management, flexible with assignments, proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, ensure invoicing accuracy, and uphold cash compliance while supporting sales.
• Handle orders, upsell opportunities, manage MCP transactions, and record new recruit data.
• Conduct RPO/H2H calls and provide timely, professional support to dealers and customers.
• Manage cash handling, maintain product availability, and follow planogram and 5S standards.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while upholding policies and procedures.
