Job summary

Stafflink Express in the Philippines is seeking a USRN Training Supervisor to deliver effective training and knowledge transfer to BPO/CPO teams, focusing on clinical processes and best practices. You will lead training initiatives across BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, and Clark locations, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to clinical documentation standards.

Applicants should hold an active USRN license, have 1–2 years of trainer experience in BPO/CPO, and possess strong clinical background

Qualifications

• Active USRN license (any state).
• 1–2 years of trainer experience in BPO/CPO.
• At least 2 years of recent clinical, hospital, or similar experience.
• Experience managing or leading a team.
• Clinical subject matter expertise across orthopedics, ER, ICU, neurology, occupational medicine, or rehabilitation.
• Knowledgeable in medical/clinical summary writing per client and jurisdictional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness methodology.
• Manage and lead training initiatives across multiple locations in the Philippines.
• Transfer knowledge related to clinical processes, medical documentation, and evidence-based guidelines.
• Ensure training consistency and quality across BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, and Clark, Pampanga locations.
• Develop and implement training programs for BPO/CPO teams.
• Support team members in clinical decision-making and documentation standards.
