Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced USRN Training Supervisor to lead clinical training for healthcare professionals in a dynamic BPO/CPO setting. The role emphasizes coaching, knowledge transfer, and leadership to drive learning effectiveness across multiple locations in the Philippines.

The candidate should bring active USRN credentials, 2+ years of clinical experience, and track record in supervising teams.

Competenze

• Active USRN license in any US state.
• 1–2 years Trainer or Training Supervisor experience in a BPO/CPO environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• At least 2 years recent clinical/hospital experience.
• Experience with Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness is preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to apply healthcare expertise in training.
• Experience in Medical/Clinical Summary Writing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with evidence-based clinical guidelines or client-specific guidelines.
• Strong clinical decision-making and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Teaching credentials or training certifications are an advantage.
