Work Set-up/Location: Temporary WFH; with onsite reporting as needed at the nearest Shearwater site in any of the following locations: Cebu, Manila, Pampanga, or Davao

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for new hires, existing team members, and process updates
  
• Support learning activities related to Utilization Management, clinical review, and account workflows
  
• Help develop, update, and organize training materials, job aids, and assessments
  
• Track trainee progress and communicate learning gaps to the appropriate stakeholders
  
• Coordinate with operations and quality teams to ensure training aligns with account expectations
  
• Support refresher training and continuous learning initiatives
  
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
  

Requirements

• Active USRN license from any U.S. state
  
• At least 1 to 2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience
  
• Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching-support skills
  
• Able to explain healthcare processes and clinical concepts in a clear and structured manner
  
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling training documentation
