Job summary

Capacita Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking a USRN Training Specialist to lead clinical training within a healthcare BPO/CPO setting. You will conduct sessions for new hires and staff, develop training materials, and monitor progress to ensure compliance and success.

Ideal candidates hold a USRN license, nursing degree, and strong facilitation skills. The role offers a hybrid work setup with locations in Manila, Pampanga or Cebu and a signing bonus of PHP 70,000 in two tranches.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license (US state)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Proficient in medical terminology and healthcare processes
• Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays/night shifts

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff
• Facilitate onboarding and continuous learning programs
• Develop and update training materials and process documents
• Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and feedback
• Collaborate with Operations and QA to identify training gaps
• Support process improvement and knowledge management
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and client requirements
• Prepare training reports and maintain records
