Gratitude Philippines is seeking a USRN Training Specialist to support Hartford Account operations. We are looking for 2 US Registered Nurses with Utilization Management experience who are passionate about training and developing people.

This role offers hybrid work setup across sites in the Philippines (BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, Clark) with a start date ASAP and a fixed PHP 60,000 monthly package. Training and mentoring will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license from any US state.
• 1–2 years of Utilization Management experience in BPO/CPO.
• At least 1 year of training or teaching experience.
• Academic/teaching background welcome to apply.
