Job summary

Capacita Consultants is seeking a USRN Training Specialist to support training and development for a healthcare account. You will use clinical knowledge and Utilization Review experience to train healthcare professionals in a non-voice environment.

Key responsibilities include delivering training, developing materials, and providing feedback and coaching to trainees to enhance performance. The role offers hybrid work arrangements in Manila location.

Qualifications

• USRN educational requirement and active license
• 1–2 years of BPO/UR experience
• Teaching background preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills
• Willingness to work on a flexible shifting schedule

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and support learning initiatives for healthcare professionals
• Apply clinical knowledge and Utilization Review experience in training activities
• Facilitate and support training programs, assessments, and learning materials
• Ensure trainees understand relevant processes, standards, and account requirements
• Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to support performance and development
