Job summary

Capacita Consultants is seeking a USRN Training Specialist to support training and development for a healthcare account. You will use clinical knowledge and Utilization Review experience to train healthcare professionals in a non-voice environment.

Key responsibilities include delivering training, developing materials, and providing feedback and coaching to trainees to enhance performance. The role offers hybrid work arrangements in Manila location.

Qualifications

• USRN educational requirement and active license
• 1–2 years of BPO/UR experience
• Teaching background preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills
• Willingness to work on a flexible shifting schedule

What The Role Is About

We are looking for a USRN Training Specialist who will support training and development initiatives for a healthcare account. The successful candidate will use their clinical knowledge and Utilization Review experience to help develop and train healthcare professionals in a non-voice environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training and support learning initiatives for healthcare professionals.

• Apply clinical knowledge and Utilization Review experience in training activities.

What This Role Needs

• Educational Requirement: USRN

• License: USRN - Any State

• Credential: Active USRN License

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Review experience

• Teaching experience is preferred; candidates with an academic/teaching background are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills

• Willingness to work on a flexible shifting schedule
