USRN Training Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced USRN Training Specialist to support the learning and development initiatives of our healthcare operations team. The role is responsible for conducting training sessions, facilitating onboarding programs, and ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary clinical and operational knowledge to succeed in a healthcare BPO/CPO environment.

This position is ideal for USRNs with strong clinical expertise, utilization review experience, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees

• Facilitate onboarding and continuous learning programs

• Develop and update training materials, modules, and process documentation

• Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and performance feedback

• Collaborate with Operations and QA teams to identify training gaps and learning opportunities

• Support process improvement initiatives and knowledge management activities

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company standards, and client requirements

• Prepare training reports and maintain training records

Qualifications

• Active USRN License (Any US State License)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

• Proficient in medical terminology and healthcare processes

• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts if business requires

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year of BPO/CPO Utilization Review experience

• Teaching, training, coaching, or academe background is highly preferred

• Experience handling healthcare operations or clinical training programs is an advantage
