Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking 2 USRN Training Specialists to transform clinical expertise into impactful training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing for healthcare professionals within a US healthcare environment.

The role supports the Hartford Account in a hybrid/temporary work-from-home setup across multiple locations (BGC, Taguig; Cebu; Davao; Clark, Pampanga) with shifting schedules. Start ASAP for candidates with USRN and UM experience and a passion for teaching.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license in any US state.
• 1–2 years of Utilization Management experience in BPO/CPO.
• At least 1 year of training or teaching experience.
• Strong clinical and healthcare knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
• Ability to work effectively in a shifting environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training for healthcare professionals.
