Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking two USRN Training Specialists to convert clinical and Utilization Management expertise into a rewarding training career. Hybrid / Temporary Work From Home setup across BGC, Taguig, Cebu, Davao, Clark, Pampanga; Start Date: ASAP.

Must-have: active USRN license, 1–2 years UM experience, at least 1 year of training or teaching, strong clinical knowledge, and excellent communication and coaching abilities.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license (any US state)
• 1–2 years of Utilization Management experience
• At least 1 year of training or teaching experience
• Academe/teaching background welcomed
• Strong clinical and healthcare knowledge
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing healthcare professionals
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and develop healthcare professionals in a US healthcare environment
• Deliver engaging training sessions and materials
• Support onboarding and ongoing education for account staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor training content
