Qualifikationen

• Active USRN license from any U.S. state.
• 1 year of recent clinical, hospital, or similar healthcare experience.
• 2 years of Utilization Management experience.
• 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong clinical subject matter expertise and ability to apply clinical knowledge to operational processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in healthcare BPO/CPO settings is a plus.

Requirements

• Active USRN license from any U.S. state
  
• At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical, hospital, or similar healthcare experience
  
• At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience
  
• At least 2 years of recent supervisory, team lead, or managerial experience
  
• Strong clinical subject matter expertise and ability to apply clinical knowledge to operational processes
  
• Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
  
• Able to manage performance, quality, and process-related concerns in a healthcare BPO/CPO setting
  

Nice to Have

• Experience managing non-voice healthcare accounts
  
• Background in Utilization Review, payer-side healthcare operations, or clinical process outsourcing
  
• Experience supporting U.S. healthcare accounts
