Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking a Lean-Pro USRN Training Program Manager to lead the training strategy, delivery, and learning effectiveness for a non-voice healthcare operations account. You will plan, manage, and improve training programs supporting clinical operations, Utilization Management, Coding, Back Office, and related processes.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN or MD license with strong healthcare operations exposure and training leadership ability, capable of translating

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program or Doctor of Medicine program.
• Current RN/MD license in the Philippines and/or US; USRN preferred.
• Experience in training, knowledge transfer, facilitation, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead training strategies for clinical, Utilization Management, and CPO-related processes.
• Plan, deliver, and improve new hire, refresher, and upskilling training initiatives.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer through structured training methods and assessments.
• Review and improve training materials, process guides, learning tools, and evaluations.
• Partner with operations, quality, and leadership teams to identify training gaps.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner performance.
• Support process-change training and ensure alignment with account expectations.
• Guide trainers, trainees, or training support staff as needed.

The ideal candidate is a licensed clinical professional with strong healthcare operations exposure, training leadership capability, and the ability to translate complex clinical or process knowledge into effective learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead training programs for clinical, Utilization Management, and CPO-related processes
  
• Plan, deliver, and improve new hire, refresher, and upskilling training initiatives

• Strong clinical background and ability to explain healthcare concepts clearly
  
• Management or supervisory skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
  

Nice to Have

• Teaching credentials, training certification, or academe background
  
• Clinical background in orthopedics, emergency room, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine, or rehabilitation
