Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) license.
• Minimum of 2–3 years clinical bedside experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a USRN Trainer.
• Knowledge of clinical guidelines and U.S. medical terminology.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Previous experience in training, or clinical education.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, curriculum design, or training methodologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in English communication (oral and written).
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite, remote, or in hybrid training environments as required.
• PHRN with ACTIVE LICENSE and 1 year CPO experience.
• USRN with ACTIVE LICENSE and 1 year CPO experience preferably Utilization Review background.
• Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules.
• With at least 1 year of teaching experience; academe background is welcome.
• Flexible to report onsite in Taguig / Cebu.

Responsibilities

The US Registered Nurse (USRN) Trainer is responsible for the effective delivery and administration of clinical training programs for new and tenured nursing staff within the organization. This role ensures that all training content is aligned with client requirements, organizational standards, and U.S. healthcare regulations. The USRN Trainer plays a key role in developing clinical competency, ensuring training quality, and supporting operational readiness across assigned programs.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) license.
• Minimum of 2–3 years clinical bedside experience (e.g., ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry).
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a USRN Trainer in a BPO or U.S. Healthcare account (e.g., UM, CM, Triage, Appeals, Claims).
• Knowledge of MCG/Milliman, InterQual, clinical guidelines, HIPAA requirements, and U.S. medical terminology.
• Previous experience in training, or clinical education.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, curriculum design, or training methodologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in English communication (oral and written).
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite, remote, or in hybrid training environments as required.
