Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted USRN license.
• 2–3 years bedside clinical experience (ER/ICU/Med-Surg/Telemetry).
• At least 1 year as USRN trainer in a BPO or US healthcare account.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, MCG/Milliman Care Guidelines, InterQual criteria.
• Experience delivering training and applying adult learning principles.
• Excellent English communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to train onsite, remote, or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training programs for newly hired and tenured employees in US healthcare accounts.
• Lead instructor-led sessions covering clinical workflows, regulations, documentation standards, and account-specific processes.
• Provide training for UM, CM, Triage, Appeals, and Claims Review.
• Develop training materials and tools, including job aids and learning guides.
• Apply adult learning principles to create engaging and effective training experiences.
• Keep content updated with regulatory updates and client changes.
