Job summary

Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc. in Pasig City is seeking a Process Trainer to educate and coach new hires in US healthcare processes, including utilization management and clinical appeals.

The role requires nursing licensure and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with a focus on high-quality content development and data-driven MIS tracking. You will operate on-site in Ortigas, Pasig, following EST business hours, and collaborate with Training Leads to keep programs updated and effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with an active US RN license.
• 1–2 years’ US healthcare account experience (Utilization Management Review, Clinical Appeals; Triaging a plus).
• Experience as a BPO Trainer is required.
• Exposure to Inpatient/Concurrent reviews.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong process and project knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training and assessments meet statutory requirements.
• Provide feedback and coach trainees on key job capabilities.
• Update and develop content per client and business requirements.
• Update MIS trackers regularly.
• Conduct regular TNA/TNI to refresh programs.
