Job summary

Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc. is seeking a Process Trainer to educate, guide, and coach new nurses in performing their roles within a US healthcare BPO environment.

The role emphasizes developing capabilities through content development, training needs analysis, and MIS data collation. Ideal candidates hold a Philippine RN license, have 6–12 months of US healthcare account experience (RCM a must; Prior Auth a plus), and demonstrate strong MS Office, analytical, and facilitation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Philippine Registered Nurse with an Active PHRN License
• Previous Training experience in a US Healthcare BPO organization is required
• 6mos-1 year of experience of US Healthcare Account (RCM experience REQUIRED, Prior Auth experience is a PLUS!)
• Good process and project knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Logical reasoning and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Must be amenable to report onsite - Ortigas, Pasig City
• Nightshift Schedule

Responsibilities

• Ensure training and assessments meet statutory requirements.
• Provide feedback and coaching to trainees on key job capabilities.
• Update and develop content per client and business needs.
• Regularly update MIS trackers with information.
• Conduct TNAs/TNIs to keep programs current.
• Adhere to training schedules and on-time assessments.
• Use standardized materials and Omega Academy methods.
• Develop Question Banks and utilize tech-enabled training tools.
• Take ownership of training programs to meet/exceed benchmarks.
• Guide and coach trainees with feedback plans to improve performance.
• Ensure trainees understand statutory business requirements.
• Collaborate with Training Lead/Manager Candidate
