Job summary

Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc. is seeking a Process Trainer to educate and coach new nurses for our US healthcare BPO operations. The role involves training needs analysis, content development, and data collation for MIS, with a focus on on-site delivery in Ortigas, Pasig City.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree and an active PHRN license, with 6–12 months of US healthcare account experience, including RCM. Night shifts apply, and MS Office proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• PHRN license must be active.
• Prior training experience in US Healthcare BPO is required.
• 6 months to 1 year of US Healthcare Account experience; Prior Authorization experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that training and assessments happen as per statutory requirements.
• Provide feedback and coach trainees on key job capabilities.
• Update and develop content as per client and business requirements.
• Ensure MIS trackers are updated regularly.
• Conduct regular TNA / TNI to update programs.
• Adhere to training schedules and ensure assessments occur on time.
• Use standardized materials approved by Omega Academy for training delivery.
• Develop question banks and utilize training tools to enhance quality.
• Take ownership of each training program to meet benchmarks.
• Act as guide and coach to trainees during training.
• Follow a regular feedback plan to help trainees improve.
• Ensure trainees understand statutory business requirements.
• Collaborate with Training Lead / Manager Candidate.

Job Purpose:

The job of a Process Trainer is to essentially educate, guide, and coach new employees on how to effectively perform their jobs by developing the capabilities that are required for optimal job performance. The job also involves a number of complimentary activities such Training needs analysis, Training Needs Identification, Research & Development of Content, and collation of data for MIS.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that training and assessments happen as per statutory requirements.
• Give feedback and coach trainees on key job capabilities.
• Update and develop content as per client and business requirements.
• Ensure that all relevant information is updated on to the MIS trackers regularly.
• Conduct regular TNA / TNI to ensure that programs are updated and developed based on needs identified.
• Stick to training schedules
• Ensure that assessments happen on time
• Use standardized materials and methodologies approved by Omega Academy for training delivery.
• Develop Question Banks and use all the technology enabled training tools to enhance training quality and participant experience.
• Take ownership of every training program handled to ensure all benchmarks are met or surpassed.
• Act as guide and coach of the trainees during the training program.
• Follow a regular feedback and coaching plan to help trainees improve.
• Take responsibility of ensuring that the trainees understand statutory business requirements.
• Work in consultation with the Training Lead / Manager Candidate

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse with an Active PHRN License.
• Previous Training experience in a US Healthcare BPO organization is required
• 6mos-1 year of experience of US Healthcare Account (RCM experience REQUIRED, Prior Auth experience is a PLUS!)
• Good process and project knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office
