Job summary

Petra Brands is seeking a TikTok Shop Creator & Affiliate Specialist to grow our US market presence remotely. You will recruit US creators, manage sample lifecycles, and drive organic content strategies to scale GMV across our brand portfolio.

You will oversee operations in the US TikTok Shop Seller and Affiliate Centers, track performance, and build long-term relationships with top creators for ongoing partnerships.

Qualifications

1–3 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop Affiliate programs for the US market.
Proven track record of scaling organic GMV on TikTok Shop through creator seeding.
Deep mastery of TikTok Shop Seller/Affiliate Center native tools.
Strong understanding of US creator culture, trends, and purchase behavior.
Excellent outreach, sampling, reporting, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard US-based TikTok creators and micro-affiliates into the affiliate program.
Lead high-volume outreach via TikTok Center, DMs, email, and creator databases.
Guide creators on organic content, hooks, CTAs, and product showcases.
Manage sample approval, ordering, and fulfillment for US creators.
Monitor GMV, ROI on samples, and optimize commission structures.
