Job summary

Overseas is seeking a senior TikTok Shop and E-Commerce Manager to own and scale the brand's TikTok Shop and broader e-commerce ecosystem. You will drive revenue through organic content and paid ads, manage creator and affiliate programs, and expand successful TikTok strategies into Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Faire, and other wholesale channels.

This is a senior, execution-focused role requiring proven TikTok expertise and a track record of revenue growth across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Proven track record driving revenue via TikTok Shop.
• Expertise inTikTok content strategy, creator management, affiliate programs, and paid ads.
• Experience scaling TikTok Shop from early stage to meaningful revenue.
• Experience managing at least one additional platform such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Own TikTok Shop end-to-end including listings, pricing, promotions, storefront management, and creator strategy.
• Drive revenue through organic content and paid ads on TikTok.
• Manage and scale creator and affiliate programs with sales focus.
• Expand successful TikTok strategies into other e-commerce channels as proven.
