Job summary

Reliasourcing Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist to grow and manage our TikTok Shop Affiliate program.

The role focuses on creator sourcing, affiliate recruitment, outreach, relationship management, product seeding, campaign coordination, and performance tracking. You will work with TikTok Shop Affiliate, Influencer Marketing, and Ecommerce teams; monitor GMV, sales, orders, and commissions; and coordinate with creators to maximize affiliate revenue

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in TikTok Shop Affiliate, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, Ecommerce, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate is highly preferred.
• Experience sourcing, recruiting, and communicating with creators or influencers.
• Understanding of affiliate links, commissions, product seeding, and creator campaigns.
• Comfortable tracking and analyzing GMV, sales, orders, commissions, and other affiliate performance metrics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Comfortable working New York City hours on certain days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily creator outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Coordinate affiliate invitations, campaign participation, and product seeding.
• Support creator onboarding and maintain an active pipeline of affiliate creators.
• Monitor creator activity, content performance, sales, GMV, orders, and commissions.
• Identify high‑performing creators and opportunities to increase affiliate sales.
• Maintain accurate creator databases, outreach trackers, and performance reports.
• Support day‑to‑day TikTok Shop Affiliate operations and campaigns.
• Coordinate with Influencer Marketing, Ecommerce, and Community teams.
• Provide regular updates on creator activity and affiliate performance.
