Job summary

Petra Brands is seeking a TikTok Shop Creator & Affiliate Specialist to drive organic revenue growth across our brand portfolio in the US market from a remote setting. You will recruit US-based creators, guide organic content, and manage sample seeding and affiliate operations.

The role emphasizes high-volume outreach, data-driven GMV growth, and long-term creator partnerships across beauty, lifestyle, and consumer goods. Strong knowledge of US trends and FTC guidelines is a plus.

Qualifications

1–3 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop Affiliate programs or TikTok Creator Partnerships specifically for the US market.
Proven track record of scaling organic GMV on TikTok Shop through affiliate and creator seeding networks.
Deep mastery of the TikTok Shop Seller / Affiliate Center native tools.

Responsibilities

Actively prospect, cold pitch, and onboard US-based TikTok creators and micro-affiliates into the Petra Brands TikTok Shop affiliate program.
Manage high-volume outbound outreach through TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, DMs, email, and creator databases.
Build and maintain a deep pipeline of US creators across beauty, lifestyle, consumer goods, and niche product categories.
