Job summary

Overseas is seeking a senior TikTok Shop and E‑commerce Manager to own and scale the brand's TikTok Shop and multi-channel ecosystem from a fully remote position. You will drive revenue through organic content and paid ads, expand to Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Faire, and other wholesale channels, and own creator and affiliate programs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing TikTok Shop with measurable, attributable revenue results.
• Deep expertise in TikTok including content strategy, creator management, affiliate programs, and paid ads.
• Hands-on experience scaling TikTok Shop from early stage to meaningful revenue.
• Experience managing at least one additional platform such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or Shopify.
• Strong performance marketing background with direct experience running and optimizing paid ads.
• Data-driven with the ability to make fast decisions and iterate without waiting for perfect information.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment without established processes.
• Strong ownership mentality with full accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Own TikTok Shop end to end including product listings, pricing, promotions, storefront management, and creator strategy.
• Drive revenue through both organic content and paid ads on TikTok.
• Manage and scale the creator and affiliate program with a clear focus on sales output, not just content volume.
• Expand successful TikTok strategies into other e-commerce channels as they are proven.
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising across TikTok, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and AOV.
• Analyze performance data across all channels and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
