Job summary

Kitsch is seeking a dynamic TikTok Affiliate Manager to develop and oversee US TikTok Affiliate Marketing campaigns, driving revenue growth through partnerships and influencer relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to craft strategies, manage performance, and execute campaigns.

You will lead affiliate programs, recruit influencers, track GMV, and optimize content for ROI, while ensuring compliance with TikTok guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of US Affiliate Marketing or Digital Marketing experience, preferably with TikTok.
• Experience managing affiliate partnerships and influencer relationships at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage US TikTok affiliate programs to maximize engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with influencers to create affiliate links aligned with TikTok trends.
• Identify and onboard US TikTok influencers and partners.
• Track GMV and affiliate performance using analytics tools.
• Recruit influencers for TikTok Shop affiliate and live shopping initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies for driving affiliate sales on TikTok.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
• Provide insights to improve content performance and increase ROI.
