Job summary

Intrepid Asia in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Affiliate Executive to grow our TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns and partnerships. You will recruit affiliates, onboard creators and live streamers, optimize campaigns, and ensure KPI-driven performance across the brand portfolio.

You will collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to drive traffic and conversions, while staying ahead of platform trends and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or e-commerce.
• Experience with TikTok Shop live selling, campaigns, and performance optimization.
• Ability to build relationships with affiliates, creators and live streamers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, primarily on TikTok Shop, from recruitment to campaign execution.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, creators, and live streamers to promote brand products.
• Coordinate with content creators to ensure brand messaging and visuals align with campaign goals.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to track ROI and sales growth.
• Negotiate commission structures and special incentives to maximize affiliate engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to develop strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
• Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends, algorithm changes, and competitive landscape to keep campaigns optimized.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns for e-commerce sales events (e.g., 8.8, 9.9, 11.11).
• Ensure all affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines and platform policies.
• Explore and test new affiliate platforms and marketing opportunities for expansion.
