MedHealth Connect Outsourcing Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. The role focuses on technical recruitment for US-based roles, requiring experience with sourcing tools and ATS platforms, and the ability to assess resumes and manage multiple openings.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication skills, and willingness to work US business hours or night shifts as needed. Immediate start preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in technical recruitment, IT staffing, or US recruitment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, ATS platforms, or similar sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to assess resumes, identify qualified candidates, and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in US business hours or night shifts, if required.
