Qualifications

• 1-3 years of full-cycle technical recruitment for U.S. market.
• Experience sourcing, engaging, interviewing, and onboarding US-based Engineering/IT talent.
• Experience recruiting across IT, engineering, telecom, manufacturing or related disciplines.
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, referrals, email outreach, and direct outreach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify qualified talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies for urgent, specialized roles.
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews evaluating fit and capability.
• Endorse shortlisted candidates with comprehensive assessment notes and information.
• Manage progression across hiring stages with timely communication and follow-up.
• Assist with offer prep, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding readiness.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Monitor market developments and apply best practices to sourcing effectiveness.
