About the role

We are looking for a US Recruiter (Tech) to manage full-cycle recruitment for our technical pipelines in the United States. In this role, you will partner directly with US hiring managers to source, interview, and hire specialized engineering talent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source passive technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and industry networks.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical background and team fit.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer extensions, and candidate pre-boarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

About you

• At least 3 years of experience recruiting for the US technology market.
• Strong familiarity with software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and data roles.
• Willingness to work a permanent US night shift.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
