OpsArmy Careers is seeking a US Tax Accountant (CPA / Enrolled Agent preferred) to provide specialized Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries. The role requires strong accounting judgment and the ability to resolve issues independently from a remote Philippines-based team.

You will investigate escalated tickets, review reconciliations, and explain tax topics to customers.

Formación

• Experience in US accounting and taxation.
• Proficient in bookkeeping, tax return review, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and transactions.
• Explain tax questions and notices to customers within approved scope; support payroll queries.
• Document resolutions and maintain customer records; communicate findings clearly.
