Job summary

• Seasoned Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Professional.
• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS Systems.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Strong stakeholder and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to task, able to take responsibility for actions and outcomes, persist despite challenges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling between the candidate and business.
• Handle and communicate updates about pre-boarding processes and documents.
• Ensure New Hire data integrity; identify missing or incomplete documentation for new hires.
• Liaise with the HR Operations team to ensure all required information is gathered.
