Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support daily interview scheduling, candidate experience, and logistics coordination across phone/video screens, onsite interviews, and document completion.

You'll collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, post roles across platforms, manage referral programs, compile recruiting metrics, and support outreach campaigns to attract top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review ATS daily for interview requests and schedule phone/video screens and interviews typically within 24 hours, ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Help move direct applicants through the interview process and maintain a high level of communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and other members of the hiring team.
• Assist recruiters in managing the candidate experience during onsite interviews, keeping interviews on time and setting up Google Hangouts & Zoom calls, presentations, and related logistics.
• Work with candidates using DocuSign for Employment Application and NDA completion.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings to discuss top-priority jobs, current candidate pipelines, and interviews that are being facilitated.
• Post jobs on the company career site and all other job sites and resources the company works with.
• Manage the employee referral bonus program: communicate with referrals and employees, track referrals, and assign them to Talent Acquisition recruiters.
• Compile reports for recruiting metrics.
• Support sourcing and outreach to top talent via active outreach campaigns.
• Assist with other Talent Acquisition programs and job duties as needed.
