Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience or 1+ years in Talent Acquisition, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with Workday, Outlook and other internet-based systems.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Must have strong attention to detail, initiative, integrity, judgement and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Assist in candidate interview process including scheduling and logistics.
• Facilitate onboarding by creating offer letters and processing background checks.
• Manage recruiting communications between recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and support equal opportunity employment.
