Job summary

Qualifications

• 3‑6 years of experience or 1+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Advanced computer skills (Workday, Outlook and other internet‑based systems and tools), preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Must have strong attention to detail, initiative, a high level of integrity, judgement, and follow‑through.
• Must be willing to work a fixed night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM Manila).
• Internal employees must have at least 1 year of solid HR / TA experience to be eligible to apply for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the selection and hiring of talent for Cardinal Health.
• Handling candidate interview process including all scheduling, administrative and logistical details.
• Facilitate the candidate onboarding process by creating offer letters, initiating and monitoring background screenings, providing orientation details, and submitting candidate paperwork for processing.
• Managing other logistical details including invoice processing.
• Managing recruiter/hiring manager/candidate communication.
• Creating a positive candidate experience.
