Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an HR Coordinator in Manila to own interview scheduling, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, and support sourcing for assigned positions. You will maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with local regulations.

The role involves collaborating across Delivery Enablement, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and HR specialist functions, while handling confidential information and producing management reports. US hours flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in an office environment or an HR function preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and TA priorities with accuracy.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, professional and confidential.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with fast-paced priorities.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end scheduling process for interviews, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Recruiters and internal stakeholders to support sourcing and candidate identification.
• Ability to interpret job descriptions and evaluate candidate experience against qualifications.
• Provide the TA Delivery partner and team with organized candidate search results for review.
• Develop strong relationships across Delivery Enablement, TA, Operations, and HR functions.
• Maintain and document accurate records within the ATS and other TA systems.
• Support ongoing or ad-hoc projects that support Delivery Enablement and TA.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
• Provide reports and maintain data on coordinating activities as requested by management.
• Document results and sourcing activity per established TA processes.
• Keep appraised of regional and local employment laws to ensure company compliance.
