Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or a similar talent acquisition operations role.
• Experience delivering high‑quality, candidate‑centric experiences in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Consultative, solution‑oriented approach with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, showing ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication, guidance, and support
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and geographies, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive experience for all participants
• Manage interview logistics end-to-end, including calendar coordination, confirmations, reschedules, cancellations, and follow-ups
• Ensure all recruitment activities are well-organized and accurately documented in recruiting systems, maintaining high standards of detail and responsiveness
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or process challenges, offering practical solutions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Act as a brand ambassador by consistently delivering a professional, warm, and engaging experience for candidates and interviewers
