Shearwater Health is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead and evaluate nursing training programs within our Manila operations. You will supervise training staff, set metrics, and guide career development for training professionals working across clinical settings.

Applicants should hold a US Nursing License (Mainland license preferred) with 2+ years in hospital bedside roles and in training or teaching. A strong leadership background is essential.

Formación

• Must have an active US Nursing License (Mainland license preferred).
• At least 2 years of recent hospital/bedside experience.
• At least 2 years of training/teaching experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory/team lead experience.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and evaluate training programs; oversee development of training careers.
• Set performance metrics, evaluate productivity, and assist staff in long-term career planning.
• Supervise technical and skills training for training specialists.
• Conduct orientation sessions among training specialists on new programs.
