Qualifications

• Must be an active US Registered Nurse (USRN) with a valid license from any US state.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a clinical, hospital, or similar healthcare setting.
• Experience in clinical training, knowledge transfer, or learning facilitation is preferred.
• Strong clinical background in emergency care, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine, or rehabilitation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness Model, teaching methodologies, or training certifications is advantageous.
• Strong ability to write accurate clinical summaries and reports.
• Knowledge of evidence-based clinical guidelines and procedures.
• Excellent clinical judgment, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
