Gratitude Philippines is seeking a USRN Training Supervisor for the El Paso Account. This temporary work-from-home role offers a flexible schedule and full-time responsibility in knowledge transfer within a BPO/CPO setting across the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license.

• 1–2 years of trainer experience in BPO/CPO.
• Experience managing or leading a team.
• Strong clinical background in orthopedics, emergency room, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine or rehabilitation.
• Clinical Subject Matter Expertise with use of technical knowledge to accomplish results.
• Knowledgeable in Medical/Clinical Summary Writing per standard client documentation formats.
• Familiarity with evidence-based guidelines or client proprietary guidelines for clinical decisions.

USRN TRAINING SUPERVISOR

Account: El Paso Account

Work Setup: Temporary WFH

Work Schedule: Flexible to work on a shifting schedule if business asks (weekends, night shift, holidays)

Salary Budget: PHP 73,000 to 80,000 package

Location: All locations in the Philippines (BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao and Clark, Pampanga)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active USRN license
• Experience in effective knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness; teaching credentials or certification a plus.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant trainer experience in BPO/CPO
• With experience managing or leading a team
• Strong clinical background in orthopedics, emergency room, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine or rehabilitation useful. 3. At least 2 years of recent & pertinent clinical/hospital or similar experience.
• Clinical Subject Matter Expertise with the use of technical and professional knowledge and skills to accomplish results related to the process handled.
• Knowledgeable in Medical/Clinical Summary Writing. The manner of narrating clinical picture consistent with a standard format of documentation per client format and jurisdictional requirement, covering critical elements of narrative from subjective, objective, assessment, treatment planning.
• State-Specific Evidence-Based Guidelines or Client Proprietary Guidelines familiarity with the appropriate evidence-based guidelines used or client proprietary guidelines in coming up with a clinical decision related to a treatment, diagnosis, or health condition.
• Clinical Decision-Making skills with ability to make sound clinical decision concisely after considering various available information and courses of action consistent with jurisdictional clinical guidelines or client mandated guidelines.
