Qualifications

• Experience using sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean search) and ATS tools such as Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for US-based roles.
• Source candidates using job boards, ATS, and other sourcing tools.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and US hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding status.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active/future roles.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with US employment standards and client requirements.
• Track and update candidate data in the ATS.

The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various industries while ensuring alignment with US hiring standards, time zones, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for US-based roles (finance)
• Source candidates using job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice), ATS, and other sourcing tools
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
• Evaluate candidates based on job requirements, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and US hiring managers
• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application status
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active and future roles
• Work closely with account managers or clients to understand hiring needs
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US employment standards and client requirements
• Track and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Meet or exceed placement targets and KPIs
