Qualifications

• Proven experience in US recruitment and engaging US candidates.
• Experience recruiting across multiple roles and industries in the US market.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment practices and sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards; Boolean search.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work night shift and WFH setup.
